Also, the other seller with a lower price must be a train dealer (shop or person) who is authorized to sell item. This means the FULL Warranty will be in place and the item is actually Factory NEW. If someone is selling Gray Market or (Old Stock, New/Still in Box) there is No Factory Warranty! Be Careful When Buying Such Items! We do not match "Gamble Buys" with no factory warranty. Buying such items may offer a lower price, but there is high risk. All Items we list as C-10 come from the Factory or Distributors and have the Full Warranty in place.
Jamestown Trains has a 14 day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases. We also have our "No Reason Needed 14 Day Return Policy". If you do not like it, as long as it is the same item, same box, same condition (even if it is open), WE TAKE IT BACK and you get a FULL REFUND (on the Item), you just pay return shipping. No Risk! If there is a defect or issue with an item JTTrains.com pays for shipping, if you wish to use our “No Reason Needed” return policy you, the buyer pays for the shipping and will be refunded the price of the item less the shipping costs. You can always feel safe and protected with JTTrains.com’s Customer Service Focused Return Policy! All items returned for refund must be the same item that we shipped, in the same condition and in the same box. If the item is defective it is under full manuafcture warranty if it is a C-10 item.
What you see in the pictures is what you are making an offer on or buying in the case of used trains or C-9 (New in Box Older Stock) --- Factory new items (C-10) are represented with stock photos and the package will contain everything that comes from the manufacture.
If you need more pictures or information, please ask. Do not assume, especially on Used and C-9 or under items.
We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders. Orders paide for by check or money order will not be shipped until Checks and Money order is confirmed as valid, we use check verification service.
We ship USPS on standard orders 40lbs or less; Orders over 40lbs might be shipped via another carrier such as UPS.
We inspect every single train/item one last time before it is packaged and shipped to you. This includes taking an additional 20+ photographs, our listing and packing areas are under heavy UHD video surveillance cameras. We can well prove what we shipped you and the condition when it left us. If there is an issue, make sure the item you request to return for refund is the item we sent you and the damage was not caused by you.
If there is an issue with the item upon our final inspection we will present you with options such as a replacement item or a full refund. The purpose of the pre-shipping inspection is to make sure you are getting what you order.
We do not break up items being sold as Sets or Factory Sets.

If your offer is accepted we may adjust the prices on the individual items up or down, yet maintain your bottom line bundle offer price.
If you wish to return an item from a Bundle Offer Purchase, we may require that all items in the bundle be returned. We will do our best to avoid this and will most likely be able to fix any issue you have with an individual item from a Bundled Offer Purchase.
